Gingersnap truffles

 

 

Ginger Snap truffles 

🎄 8 oz room temp cream cheese 

🎄 Ginger snap cookies (great value brand from Walmart is what I used )

🎄 white chocolate coating (almond bark or white chocolate cube block)

🍪 line cookie sheet or serving container w parchment 

🍪 Crush cookies 

🍪 mix cream cheese w cookies then roll into balls

🍪dip in white chocolate and put on the parchment 

Simple as pie 🥧 or truffles 🤗🤤
