Joyfully Jayne': Welcome my name is Jayne'! First off as a child OF GOD I am excited and humbled to share my journey on this platform with extreme vulnerability on my Christian walk and how Jesus has changed along with changing me daily! I’ve been on a wellness journey for most of my grown up life learning more and more on how nutrition can be healing inside and out!!! I claim myself (and hubby too) to be a "self taught" experimental chef! Over the years have learned to create all types of foods to include recreating comfort foods to healthier ones.After my 1st and then 2nd postpartum journey of gaining weight on and off along with feeling terrible top notch nutritional supplements found me, prayerfully gained loads of wisdom from that vehicle (still want to continue on gaining) and finally was blessed with tracks to run on!! I want to use my blog, social media and you tube channel to inspire others to cook healthier dishes ,educate others on wellness from the inside-out and share all my passions!!
